Delivery and returns policy
Our aim is to minimise and simplify the cost of our delivery service.
Therefore, we offer free next working day delivery to mainland UK addresses using our tracked service. Orders must be placed before 2.30pm in order to qualify for next working day delivery. We look to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, however please note that at peak, seasonal delivery time deliveries could take up to 72 hours to arrive with you.
Additional charges will apply to deliveries to offshore UK destinations including the Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Western Islands and the Channel Islands.
Return of Faulty Products
Our aim is that you never have cause to read this section of our Terms and Conditions.
However, in the event that the contents of your gift box are in any way faulty or missing, please let us know within 7 days of receipt. Please quote your order number and full name when contacting us. We may ask you to provide a photograph of the faulty box via email in order to help us with our investigations and agree how best to compensate you.
We treat any quality issues very seriously and will look to replace any faulty product in full.
